These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between MedsSeva Attendance ("Service", "we", "us") and your organization ("Customer", "you") when you use the Service.
MedsSeva Attendance is a workforce attendance-management platform for check-in/check-out tracking, leave management, salary reporting, and related HR tools. You may use the Service only to manage the attendance of your own employees/staff.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for the accuracy of any data (employee records, attendance, salary) entered within your organization.
Subscription plans, pricing, and renewal terms will be specified within the Service (or in a separate agreement). In the event of non-payment, access to the Service may be suspended.

Each organization's data is kept isolated from other organizations. MedsSeva HQ has access for platform administration purposes, but your data is never shared with any other customer organization.
We aim for reasonable uptime, but the Service is provided "as-is", without any guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of these Terms.
