MedsSeva Attendance takes the privacy of your and your employees' data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. What Data We Collect

• Organization details: name, type, city, admin contact
• Employee details: name, email, phone, department, designation
• Attendance data: check-in/check-out time, GPS location (for verification), selfie photo
• Leave and salary records

2. How Data Is Used

This data is used only for attendance-tracking, leave-management, and payroll-reporting — within your own organization. GPS and selfies are captured only to verify check-ins (to prevent proxy attendance).

3. Data Isolation

Each organization's data is kept completely isolated from other organizations. No admin or employee of one organization can view another organization's data.

4. Who Can Access It

• Your own organization's admin/HR (assigned by you)
• MedsSeva HQ (for platform administration and technical support/troubleshooting)

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable backup period. Deletion requests can be made by contacting HQ.

6. Selfie and GPS Data

Selfie photos and GPS coordinates are collected only for attendance verification. They are never shared with any third party.

7. Security

Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed). Data access is role-based — only authorized admins can view/edit their own organization's data.
